DELIVERY & UNBOXING GUIDELINES

To ensure your precious jewellery arrives safely and to protect your purchase during transit, please follow these simple steps:

 

1.      Inspect Before Accepting:

 

Do not accept any package that appears damaged, tampered with, or broken at the time of delivery. Please refuse the delivery and contact our customer care immediately.

 

2.      Record an Unboxing Video:

 

Please film a continuous, unedited video while opening your package. This video serves as mandatory proof in the rare event of damage, missing items, or defect.

 

3.      Record a Packing Video for Returns:

 

If you need to return or exchange an item, you must record a continuous, uninterrupted and unedited video showing the item being safely placed and sealed back inside its original box and security packaging before handing it over to the courier partner.
