  • The Calculation: Original making charges, taxes, and discounts are deducted. Current making charges and taxes apply to the new selection.
  • The Difference Rule:
    • Higher Value Upgrade: The customer pays the balance.
    • Lesser Value Exchange: The balance is issued as an Taravee Credit Note (valid for 1 year). Cash refunds are not applicable for exchanges.
